The money could be used to help in the betterment of peoples lives. Saying that they are all addicted drunks who are violent towards random people on the street. LIES!! I’ve met these people talked with them actually. Do you know most drink alcohol to stay warm in the winter? And where do the homeless use the restroom if they are banned from every downtown business? As for them not wanting to be a victim who does?

How does throwing people in jail fix anything? All the while promoting building a bigger jail, with no mention of helping these people get homes. Helping them in anyway except to build a bigger jail and making them accept forced “help” through the jail. Why not help them find homes. It’s hard to get a job with no place to get ready, to clean your self and clothes, let alone keep documents needed for a job. Why not help them find homes instead of promoting more money spent on a bigger jail?
