Thank you for an excellent discussion. As an old trauma nurse and prior paramedic, I believe your comments are spot on. It’s not a matter of “if” it will happen here in Billings, it’s “when” it’ll happen. Whether professionally as BPD or BFD, or as a private citizen, every one of us should be prepared for the eventually. Thanks, again.
